Return Policy

General Policy

These are DoWelldentalproducts.com's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the DoWelldentalproducts.com website.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
* Any product not purchased from DoWelldentalproducts.com
* Any product that exhibits physical damage

If the item is returned NEW within 90 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
If the item is returned NEW after 90 days of the original invoice date, a 15% restocking fee will be issued.
If the item is returned USED after 14 days of the original invoice date, a 15% restocking fee will be issued.

PLEASE NOTE: A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a product to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy.

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items

If DoWell Dental Products no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order Department. You will be notified via email or phone of two options:
1) DoWell Dental Products can send you a comparable replacement item,
or
2) DoWell Dental Products can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product, or give you credit. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.

Returns

The Technical Service team can process your instrument repairs and help answer technical product questions. Repair or replacement of instruments is sometimes difficult to evaluate. Let our experienced technicians evaluate your returned instruments and advise whether repair or replacement is necessary.
