DoWell Dental Products offers sharpening and repair services for the following (DoWell Dental Products instruments only): * Replacement parts are not sold separately. In order to properly perform the required service, we request that the entire instrument be sent to our facility.

Please sterilize all instruments prior to sending in for repair. Please send all items in a puncture proof package and send by traceable means in case of loss during shipping.

*All Non DoWell Dental Products instruments will be returned at the offices expense.

Product Quality

Guarantee Any DoWell Dental Product that fails as a result of a defect in materials or poor workmanship will either be repaired or replaced, at DoWell Dental Products sole option, at no charge. DoWell Dental Products is not responsible for the performance or replacement of any DoWell Dental Product that has been misused, tampered with, modified, re-tipped, refitted in any manner or is beyond the expected life of the instrument.
